▼ Customer Service & Sales Representative

Job Purpose: Directly responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and the company. Represent the company’s values when answering phone calls and responding to e-mails. Seek out new customer opportunities and drive growth within the company.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Make contact with current customers using phone, e-mail, internet, and other outreach means to maintain existing customer base and develop new customers.
  • Assist in the update and creation of product catalogs, brochures, direct mailings, and product packaging.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Investigate customer’s challenges and find solutions.
  • Provide backup support for all areas of customer service personnel.
  • Pack orders according to company procedures and ship product.
  • Answering phone calls and handling customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner This will require sales order recording, fulfilling, shipping, and invoicing.
  • Attend and assist in the planning of trade shows and events to sell and promote products.
  • Learn our ERP system for customer services and sales.
  • Assemble kits for the air products.
  • Be aware of and track supplies as they are used up.
  • Assist in continual and annual inventory for all products, as necessary.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education. An equivalent combination of education and or experience would also be considered.
  • Commitment to company values.
  • Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer application knowledge to include but not limited to MS Office products.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
  • Proven ability to listen carefully to and understand a customer’s situation.
  • Ability to remain patient and polite, particularly when dealing with a challenging customer.

▼ General Shop Production Labor

Job Purpose: Directly responsible for production and assembly of product. Represent the company’s values when assembling and producing product while maintaining quality standards, safety standards, records, and equipment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain quality standards during production using work orders, blueprints, specifications, machining parameters and assembly instructions.
  • Operate CNC and manual machinery to include lathes, mills, grinders, saws, presses, welders, thermal forming, and foundry equipment.
  • Maintain quality with the use of measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, indicators, comparators, and various gages.
  • Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and following manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions and irregularities.
  • Document actions by completing compliance, production and quality logs.
  • Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available and anticipating needed stock
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or Certification in higher education.
  • Some Mechanical Experience, 1 to 5 years preferred.
  • Must be able to clearly read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Be proficient in the use of measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, comparators, gages, etc.
  • Be able to learn and adapt to new processes and operations.
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity to assemble and package pieces together quickly and accurately and be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

▼ Social Media Manager (Social Media Strategy, Content Development & Community Engagement)

The Social Media Manager is a professional marketing position responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing PM Research, Inc.’s social media presence across all relevant platforms. This role is responsible for driving audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, customer interaction, and content performance through strategic social media planning, compelling storytelling, and disciplined execution.

The Social Media Manager serves as the Company’s primary owner of social media strategy and performance while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and external partners to ensure social media efforts support overall business objectives.

This role requires a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and sound judgment. The Social Media Manager must be capable of creating engaging content, evaluating performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring all communications align with company values, brand standards, and applicable industry requirements.

Selection for this role is based on demonstrated social media expertise, communication skill, creativity, professionalism, judgment, organizational ability, and the Executive Director of Marketing’s confidence in the individual’s ability to strengthen the Company’s digital presence and brand reputation.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing multi-platform social media strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across approved platforms.
  • Writing compelling, accurate, and brand-consistent social media copy.
  • Developing social-first campaigns that increase engagement, reach, and audience growth.
  • Collaborating with creative personnel to develop photography, video, graphics, and other digital content.
  • Managing community engagement and audience interaction across social media channels.
  • Monitoring social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and media partners.
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting on key metrics, trends, and opportunities.
  • Optimizing content strategy based on audience behavior and performance data.
  • Ensuring all social media communications reflect responsible industry messaging and company standards.
  • Maintaining social media calendars, content schedules, and campaign timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of social media management experience required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in the firearms, outdoor recreation, hunting, shooting sports, or related industries required.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social or similar systems.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agencies, creators, and business partners.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Strong proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar systems, or demonstrated ability and willingness to become highly proficient.
  • Valid driver’s license required

Preffered Qualifications

  • Experience within the firearms, hunting, outdoor recreation, or sporting goods industries
  • Knowledge of responsible firearms messaging and industry best practices
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software
  • Experience creating, editing, and publishing short-form video content
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Monday.com or similar tools
